Prices are subject to change if the scope of work differs from the information provided. Additional charges may apply for:

- Oversized areas or furniture not disclosed in advance

5. Booking and Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
If we are unable to complete a service due to inaccessible areas, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control, a trip fee may apply.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will review your concern and, if applicable, arrange a re-cleaning of the affected area at no additional cost.

- Pre-existing damage, wear, or discoloration in carpets, fabrics, or materials
- Shrinkage or color changes resulting from age, prior cleaning, or manufacturer defects
- Items left unattended or unsecured during service
- Loss or damage due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, water damage, etc.)
Clients are responsible for removing fragile or valuable items before service begins.
9. Access to Premises
Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property, including driveways, entryways, and service areas.
If access is denied or unsafe conditions are present, we may reschedule the appointment or apply a service call fee.
