Tyler was amazing! He did an awesome job doing the all of the carpet in my suite for a move out, removed all the stains for normal wear and tear, it looks brand new.

Today I had our family room and stairs cleaned for the first time after many years of high traffic and raising boisterous and often clumsy sons. Tyler was amazing and spent extra time and energy to remove the wear pattern and the dirt. I’m more than impressed, he has made the carpet look fresh and clean!

We also had an oversized chair and ottoman thoroughly cleaned. There is no more hand oil on the arm rests or cushions and although it took him a bit more time, he did a super job to give this chair, that was purchased from a thrift store, a new lease on life. Again, I am very impressed and will only hire AND recommend AlbertaPro! A HUGE Thank you!

I had back-to-back exceptional experiences with Joel at Alberta Pro Cleaning. During his first visit, he did a thorough job cleaning our carpets, protecting our dining bench, and cleaning four mattresses. His professionalism, thoroughness, accommodation, kindness, and knowledge was evident throughout the process. Joel took the time to ensure every detail was addressed, leaving our home/mattresses feeling fresh and clean.

On his second visit, he returned to clean an area where our cat had recently peed. He was quick, thoughtful about how to best access the space, and thorough in the cleaning. The area now smells great, and I am incredibly grateful for his service.

Tyler did a great job with our furnace cleaning. He was on time, he got the job done within the length of time they forecast. He was polite and friendly, and the job was well done. So, why only 3 stars? When he handed me the credit card machine to pay for the work, it prompted me to add a tip, with options of 10%, 15% and 20% (and other). I was not expecting this, and I believe it is inappropriate for a company to be asking for tips for this type of work. I am not criticizing Tyler. Rather, I believe the company should be paying appropriate salaries/wages so that their employees do not feel the need to ask their customers for tips.

AlbertaPro Cleaning was on time which is a big thing for me. The last company we used to clean the carpets were 30 minutes late and rushed through the job. When I complained about the cleaning excuse was well we don’t guarantee getting the carpets cleaned. It looked like it had zebra stripes.

AlbertaPro did an amazing job on the furnace and my living room carpet. I know carpets are never going to be as good as new based on wear and tear but it came really clean. They were very careful around the walls/corners using corner guards to make sure the hoses did not rub against them. The carpet was gone over twice with cleaner and they sucked up a lot of the water. Unlike the other company.

I highly recommend AlbertaPro Cleaning Joel and apologies cannot remember the other gentleman’s name but they were both very professional from start to finish. Will use them again in the spring for the carpets and the furnace in the future cleanings.
